Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed, which is especially valuable when Kotor is busy in high season. Free WiFi covers all areas of the property, and an airport shuttle can be arranged on request for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing services are available on request at an additional charge, and an invoice can be provided for your stay.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, electric kettle and kitchenware, plus a dining area for relaxed breakfasts and light meals. Bedrooms come with fresh linens and comfortable beds, and private bathrooms include a shower, towels and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, ironing facilities, an iron and a flat-screen TV with cable channels are provided in every unit.
Outdoors you will find a terrace with outdoor furniture, a favourite spot for morning coffee and evening views over the bay and mountains. All apartments are non-smoking, family apartments are available, English is spoken, and upper floors are reached by stairs only. Pets are not allowed.
House rules
Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM, so please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Children of all ages are welcome and children aged 4 and above are charged as adults; a crib is available free of charge for children up to 3 years, while extra beds are not available. Smoking is not allowed, pets are not allowed and cash is not accepted.
