Is parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
Do the apartments have a balcony and sea view?
The Luxury, Comfort and Standard One Bedroom Apartments each have a balcony with sea views over the Bay of Kotor.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance.
How many guests can each apartment accommodate?
Each 45 m² apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
Is breakfast served?
Breakfast is not served, but every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and cafes and shops are a few minutes away.
Is there an airport shuttle?
Yes, an airport shuttle can be arranged on request for an additional charge. Tivat Airport is about 9 km away.
How close is the beach?
Kotor Beach is about 0.5 km from the property and Virtu Beach is about 2.2 km away.
Are pets allowed and is smoking permitted?
Pets are not allowed and all apartments are non-smoking.
Is the property suitable for families?
Yes. Family apartments are available, children of all ages are welcome and a crib can be provided free of charge for children up to 3 years.
